Release Notes – April 2021
We strive to deliver the best experience and as a result, we’re making frequent updates to the Matador platform.
Let’s now look under the hood of our most recent release.
1. New 👍
- Email & SMS notifications can now be triggered for a period lower than 15 minutes. ⏲️🙌
- Main left side navigation bar has a new design. 👌
- The Send Review Invites button has been moved from the customer pannel to the message box. ⭐
2. Improved 🚀
- When you send Calendar invites, the name of the contact gets included from the meeting name. 📅
- You can now send Calendar invites even if the contact only has a phone number and no email on file. 📅☎️
- URLs links have been shortened on Review Invites. ⭐

- Remove the counter of conversation with unread messages from the archive tab

4. Integrations 🤖
- Matador has been approved as a Facebook CRM App. You can sync your FB Lead Generation ads directly within the platform.
- DealerSocket username has been added to the user profile settings.

- Matador Superhuman: Leverage Natural Language Understanding (NLU) to save time responding to the most frequently questions asked from your contacts.
- Add your Facebook Messenger Ads to Matador.
- A fully revamped workflow to send your Broadcast campaigns. 📣🆚📡
